Travel to the Stars

Time slows as we accelerate. Does this mean we can slow time enough to reach the stars in several years? Yes, we can. If we accelerate at 980 cm s^-2, which is the average gravitational acceleration at Earth's surface, we experience a slowing of time that commences after one year of travel away from Earth.

Time Dilation During a Round Trip

In our imaginary trip, we will travel in a rocket to a destination and back with constant acceleration. We accelerate towards our destination over the first-half of the distance to our destination, and we accelerate towards Earth over the second-half of this distance, so that our spaceship reaches it highest speed half-way between Earth and our destination and is at rest at our destination. The spaceship will then make the return trip to Earth in the same way. At the end of the trip, we compare the clock carried by the spacecraft to a clock left at Earth. What we find is that substantially more time has passed for Earth than for the travelers on our spacecraft.

The equation for the time at Earth versus the time in the spaceship for a round trip is given by

t = 4 c sinh(gτ/4c)/g,

where c is the speed of light, g is the acceleration, and τ is the time for the passengers on the spacecraft, which is called the proper time of the spacecraft. These two times are given in the live figure to the left as functions of destination distance. For trips much longer than τ = 4c/g, the elapsed time on Earth increases exponentially with elapsed time on the spacecraft.

The total distance traveled in a spacecraft elapsed time of τ is given by

x = 4 c² ( cosh(gτ/4c) - 1 )/g.

For an acceleration rate of 980 cm s^-2, which is the average gravitational acceleration at Earth's surface, the constant g/c becomes 1.03 years^-1, and our travelers must travel for about a year before their elapsed time is significantly less than the elapsed time at Earth. For travel times that are much less than a year, the time measured in the spacecraft is equal to the time measured at Earth, and the travel time is related to distance traveled by Newtonian mechanics: x = at²/8. For travel times as measured in the spacecraft that much longer than a year, the elapsed time measured at Earth goes to the light travel time to the destination and back; it is orders of magnitude longer than the elapsed time measured in the spacecraft. This transition from a Newtonian to a relativistic description of travel is apparent in the figure, with the time line for Earth exhibiting a change in slope the time line for the travelers flattening out at about 1 year.

This live figure shows the amount of time, given in years, that passes for a round-trip to an object at the given distance, which is given in parsecs. The travelers are accelerating at a constant rate throughout the trip. The line marked Traveler gives the elapsed time experienced by a traveler. The line marked Earth gives the elapsed time experienced on Earth. The reader can change the rate of acceleration in units of 980 cm s^-2, which is the gravitational acceleration at Earth's surface; values can range from 0.25 to 50. Travel to the Stars and the Galaxies

The nearest star is over one parsec away from Earth; as can be seen in the figure, a round-trip to an object at 1 parsec takes 6.8 years for our traveler, but 9.65 years for those left behind on Earth. This isn't much of a time savings. The real time savings occurs for travel to objects that are 10 parsecs way, with an elapsed time of 13.9 years for our travelers, and an elapsed time of 69.0 years for those on Earth. To travel a truly galactic distance, 1 kpc, takes 31.5 years for our travelers and 6,527 years for those on Earth. In less than half a human lifetime, our travelers would pass through a large fraction of recorded human history. Travel less than twice this time, and our travels can visit galaxies that are 1 million parsecs away, farther than the Andromeda Galaxy, our companion spiral galaxy, but at the cost of jumping 6.5 million years into Earth's future, a time long enough for human evolution to occur. If our travelers go to the galaxies, they may not find on their return apes dominating humans, but they likely would find humans that are much different from themselves.

If we were in a bigger hurry, we could increase our acceleration, which would shorten the time for time dilation to commence. The time of commencement is inversely-proportional to the acceleration, so doubling our acceleration will half the time at which time dilation appears. So accelerating at twice Earth's surface gravity will produce significant time dilation in 6 months. At this acceleration, our travelers can travel to 1 kpc destinations and back in only 17.1 years, and to destinations at 1 Mpc in only 30.5 years. Elapsed times back on Earth, however, do not change significantly for distances over 10 parsecs over the elapsed times for the lower acceleration rate, because the spacecraft travel time is nearly the light-travel time, which is the minimum elapsed time that will be measured at Earth.

Realistic Applications

Our imaginary spacecraft, while not physically impossible, would be a technical colossus. Engines would have to provide continual acceleration for decades, and the amount of energy that would have to be expended would be many times the rest mass energy of the spacecraft and it occupants. Once the spacecraft experiences substantial time dilation, the surrounding starlight is blueshifted to x-ray and gamma-ray energies, with velocities counter to the spacecraft's direction of acceleration; this radiation exerts a substantial drag on the spacecraft. While these hurdles may one day be overcome, I suspect that day is many millennia way.

But while our imaginary trip is far beyond current technology, astronomers in their studies encounter matter that has undergone a similar acceleration. The radio jets of active galaxies, the gamma-ray bursts from supernovae, and the cosmic rays that strike Earth are examples of the acceleration of atoms and particles to nearly the speed of light. Nature has its accelerators that can overcome the drag of ambient radiation. Special relativity pervades the astrophysics of these accelerators and their products.

"Black triangles" are a class of unidentified flying objects (UFOs) with certain common features which have reportedly been observed from the 1940s to the present. Reports of black triangles generally originate from the United States and Britain.

Reports generally describe this class of UFOs as enormous, silent, black triangular crafts, hovering or slowly cruising at low altitudes over cities and highways, usually at night and making no attempt to evade detection. These crafts are often described as having "running lights", either bright white lights or pulsing colored lights that appear at each corner of the triangle.

This reprint of the TR-3B specifications claim is based on information generally credited to Edgar Fouche, who claimed involvement with this project in the 1990's. We make no claims about whether this is factually accurate or not, but this story becomes more interesting as time progesses. What was originally considered to be a "wacky UFO-claim" seems to be the benefactor of a great deal of coincidence as AG research moves forward.
Simply put, the TR-3B's claim to use an MHD torus filled with a "virtual plasma" of high-pressure mercury is strikingly similar to the unrelated claims of Igor Witkoski about the construction of the Nazi Bell device, as well as anecdotal evidence relating to other instances of AG-effects in mercury in the presence of RF-fields. Additionally, a plasma-toroid is the only means of replicating some aspects of Eugene Podkletnov's superconductor experiments on a larger scale than achievable through traditional Type-II ceramic superconductors (plasma's and SC's both absorb magnetic field lines). It should be noted that none of the invidividuals in any of these claims were aware of each other's existence when they published their work, making the similarities quite striking...

The tactical reconnaissance TR-3B's (code-named Astra) first operational flight was in the early 90s. The triangular shaped nuclear powered aerospace platform was developed under the Top Secret, Aurora Program with SDI and black budget monies. At least 3 of the billion dollar plus TR-3Bs were flying by 1994. The Aurora is the most classified aerospace development program in existence. The TR-3B is the most exotic vehicle created by the Aurora Program. It is funded and operationally tasked by the National Reconnaissance Office, the NSA, and the CIA. The TR-3B flying triangle is not fiction and was built with technology available in the mid 80s.Not every UFO spotted is one of theirs.

The TR-3B vehicle’s outer coating is reactive to electricalRadar stimulation and can change reflectiveness, radar absorptiveness,and color. This polymer skin, when used in conjunction with the TR-3Bs Electronic Counter Measures and, ECCM, can make the vehicle look like a small aircraft, or a flying cylinder--or even trick radar receivers into falsely detecting a variety of aircraft, no aircraft, or several aircraft at various locations.A circular, plasma filled accelerator ring called the Magnetic Field Disrupter, surrounds the rotatable crew compartment and is far ahead of any imaginable technology.

Sandia and Livermore laboratories developed the reverse engineered MFD technology. The government will go to any lengths to protect this technology. The plasma, mercury based, is pressurized at 250,000 atmospheres at a temperature of 150 degrees Kelvin and accelerated to 50,000 rpm to create a super-conductive plasma with the resulting gravity disruption. The MFD generates a magnetic vortex field, which disrupts or neutralizes the effects of gravity on mass within proximity, by 89 percent. Do not misunderstand. This is not antigravity. Anti-gravity provides a repulsive force that can be used for propulsion. The MFD creates a disruption of the Earth's gravitational field upon the mass within the circular accelerator. The mass of the circular accelerator and all mass within the accelerator, such as the crew capsule, avionics, MFD systems, fuels, crew environmental systems, and the nuclear reactor, are reduced by 89%.This causes the effect of making the vehicle extremely light and able to outperform and outmaneuver any craft yet constructed--except, of course, those UFOs we did not build.

The TR-3B is a high altitude, stealth, reconnaissance platform with an indefinite loiter time. Once you get it up there at speed, it doesn’t take much propulsion to maintain altitude.At Groom Lake their have been whispered rumours of a new element that acts as a catalyst to the plasma.With the vehicle mass reduced by 89%, the craft can travel at Mach 9, vertically or horizontally. My sources say the performance is limited only the stresses that the human pilots can endure. Which is a lot, really, considering along with the 89% reduction in mass, the G forces are also reduced by 89%.

The TR-3Bs propulsion is provided by 3 multimode thrusters mounted at each bottom corner of the triangular platform. The TR-3 is a sub-Mach 9 vehicle until it reaches altitudes above l20,000 feet--then God knows how fast it can go!The 3 multimode rocket engines mounted under each corner of the craft use hydrogen or methane and oxygen as a propellent.In a liquid oxygen/hydrogen rocket system, 85% of the propellent mass is oxygen. The nuclear thermal rocket engine uses a hydrogen propellent, augmented with oxygen for additional thrust. The reactor heats the liquid hydrogen and injects liquid oxygen in the supersonic nozzle, so that the hydrogen burns concurrently in the liquid oxygen afterburner.The multimode propulsion system can; operate in the atmosphere, with thrust provided by the nuclear reactor, in the upper atmosphere, with hydrogen propulsion, and in orbit, with the combined hydrogen oxygen propulsion.

What you have to remember is, that the 3 rocket engines only have to propel 11 percent of the mass of the Top Secret TR-3B. The engines are reportedly built by Rockwell.Many sightings of triangular UFOs are not alien vehicles but the top secret TR-3B. The NSA, NRO, CIA, and USAF have been playing a shell game with aircraft nomenclature - creating the TR-3, modified to the TR-3A, the TR-3B, and the Teir 2, 3, and 4, with suffixes like Plus or Minus added on to confuse further the fact that each of these designators is a different aircraft and not the same aerospace vehicle. A TR-3B is as different from a TR-3A as a banana is from a grape. Some of these vehicles are manned and others are unmanned.

Mars visitors Basiago and Stillings confirm Barack Obama traveled to Mars

Two former participants in the CIA’s Mars visitation program of the early 1980’s have confirmed that U.S. President Barack H. Obama was enrolled in their Mars training class in 1980 and was among the young Americans from the program who they later encountered on the Martian surface after reaching Mars via “jump room.”

Andrew D. Basiago, 50, a lawyer in Washington State who served in DARPA’s time travel program Project Pegasus in the 1970’s, and fellow chrononaut William B. Stillings, 44, who was tapped by the Mars program for his technical genius, have publicly confirmed that Obama was enrolled in their Mars training class in 1980 and that each later encountered Obama during visits to rudimentary U.S. facilities on Mars that took place from 1981 to 1983.

Their astonishing revelations provide a new dimension to the controversy surrounding President Obama’s background and pose the possibility that it is an elaborate ruse to conceal Obama’s participation as a young man in the U.S. secret space program.

Mars training class held for future Mars visitors

According to Mr. Basiago and Mr. Stillings, in Summer 1980 they attended a three-week factual seminar about Mars to prepare them for trips that were then later taken to Mars via teleportation. The course was taught by remote viewing pioneer Major Ed Dames, who was then serving as a scientific and technical intelligence officer for the U.S. Army. It was held at The College of the Siskiyous, a small college near Mt. Shasta in California.

They state that ten teenagers were enrolled in the Mars training program. In addition to Basiago and Stillings, two of the eight other teenagers in Major Dames’ class that they can identify today were Barack Obama, who was then using the name “Barry Soetoro,” and Regina Dugan, who Mr. Obama appointed the 19th director and first female director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in 2009.

As many as seven parents of the ten students, all with ties to the CIA, audited the class. They included Raymond F. Basiago, an engineer for The Ralph M. Parsons Company who was the chief technical liaison between Parsons and the CIA on Tesla-based teleportation; Thomas Stillings, an operations analyst for the Lockheed Corporation who had served with the Office of Naval Intelligence; and Mr. Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, who carried out assignments for the CIA in Kenya and Indonesia.

From 1981 to 1983, the young attendees then went on to teleport to Mars via a “jump room” located in a building occupied by Hughes Aircraft at 999 N. Sepulveda Boulevard in El Segundo, California, adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

Obama identified as having visited Mars at least twice

Mr. Basiago and Mr. Stillings have each issued public statements confirming that they both attended Mars training with Mr. Obama and later encountered him on Mars during separate visits.

On August 21, 2011, Mr. Basiago stated: "Something highly significant has happened, and that is that two individuals from the same Mars training class in 1980 (Basiago and Stillings) have met and are comparing experiences and are able to corroborate not only that they were on the surface of Mars together but that before reaching Mars via jump room they were trained with a group of teenagers that included the current President of the United States (Obama) and director of DARPA (Dugan)."

Mr. Stillings’ statement, released at the same time, read: "I can confirm that Andrew D. Basiago and Barack Obama (then using the name "Barry Soetoro") were in my Mars training course in Summer 1980 and that during the time period 1981 to 1983, I encountered Andy, Courtney M. Hunt of the CIA, and other Americans on the surface of Mars after reaching Mars via the "jump room" in El Segundo, California.”

In a statement made Sept 20, 2011, Mr. Basiago confirmed Mr. Obama’s co-participation in the 1980 Mars training class, stating: “Barry Soetoro, a student at Occidental College, was in my Mars training class under Major Ed Dames at The College of the Siskiyous in Weed, California in 1980. That fact has been corroborated by one of my other classmates, Brett Stillings. Two years later, when he was taller, thinner, more mature, a better listener, using the name ‘Barack Obama,’ and attending a different college, Columbia University, we crossed paths again in Los Angeles and I didn't recognize him as the person that I had been trained with in the Mars program and encountered on the surface of Mars. In fact, doing so would have been virtually impossible in any case, because measures had been taken to block our later memories of Mars shortly after we completed our training in 1980.”

Mr. Basiago states that during one of his trips to Mars via “jump room” that took place from 1981 to 1983, he was sitting on a wall beneath an arching roof that covered one of the “jump room” facilities as he watched Mr. Obama walk back to the jump room from across the Martian terrain. When Mr. Obama walked past him and Mr. Basiago acknowledged him, Mr. Obama stated, with some sense of fatalism: “Now we’re here!”

Mr. Stillings states that during one of his visits to Mars, he walked out of the “jump room” facility and encountered Mr. Obama standing beside the facility by himself staring vacantly into a ravine located adjacent to the facility.

Mr. Basiago thinks that it is virtually certain that Ms. Dugan also went to Mars, because he once encountered her at the building in El Segundo where the “jump room” to Mars was located as he was entering the building to jump to Mars and she was exiting it. “I know you!” she said, greeting him as she passed him in the lobby of the building.

Strangers in a Strange Land

Basiago, Obama, Stillings, and Dugan went to Mars at a time when the U.S. presence on Mars was only just beginning but many had already gone.

Mr. Basiago states that in the early 1980’s, when they went, the U.S. facilities on Mars were rudimentary and resembled the construction phase of a rural mining project. While there was some infrastructure supporting the jump rooms on Mars, there were no base-like buildings like the U.S. base on Mars first revealed publicly by Command Sgt. Major Robert Dean at the European Exopolitics Summit in Barcelona, Spain in 2009.

The primitive conditions that they encountered on Mars might explain the high level of danger involved. Mr. Basiago and Mr. Stillings agree that Major Dames stated during their training class at The College of the Siskiyous in 1980: “Of the 97,000 individuals that we have thus far sent to Mars, only 7,000 have survived there after five years.”

In light of these risks, prior to going to Mars, Mr. Basiago received additional training from Mr. Hunt. Hunt, a career CIA officer, showed Mr. Basiago how to operate the respiration device that he would wear only during his first jump to Mars in July 1981, provided him with a weapon to protect himself on Mars, and took him to the Lockheed facility in Burbank, California for training in avoiding predators on the Martian surface.

When they then first teleported to Mars in Summer 1981, the young Mars visitors confronted the situation that Major Dames had covered at length during the class the previous summer – that one of their principal concerns on Mars would be to avoid being devoured by one of the predator species on the Martian surface, some of which they would be able to evade, and some of which were impossible to evade if encountered.

The Mars program was launched, Basiago and Stillings were told, to establish a defense regime protecting the Earth from threats from space and, by sending civilians, to establish a legal basis for the U.S. to assert a claim of territorial sovereignty over Mars. In furtherance of these goals and the expectation that human beings from Earth would begin visiting Mars in greater numbers, their mission was to acclimate Martian humanoids and animals to their presence or, as Major Dames stated during their training near Mt. Shasta in 1980: “Simply put, your task is to be seen and not eaten.”

It is not known whether NASA-JPL, which is located in Pasadena, California, had a hand in selecting the young people for their dangerous interplanetary mission to Mars, but it is conspicuous that all four had Pasadena, California connections.

Mr. Basiago was the son of an engineer for The Ralph M. Parsons Company, which is headquartered in Pasadena. Mr. Stillings was residing in La Canada, California, which is a suburb of Pasadena. Mr. Obama had just completed a year of undergraduate studies at Occidental College in Eagle Rock, California, near Pasadena. Ms. Dugan was attending the California Institute of Technology, which is located in Pasadena.

1980: U.S. secret Mars teleportation program and rudimentary facilities on Mars

The firsthand, eyewitness testimony of Mr. Basiago and Mr. Stillings as to the existence of a secret U.S. presence on Mars that is made possible by a revolutionary “jump room” technology that has been concealed from the public is congruent with similar accounts given by three other Mars whistle blowers:

(1) Former U.S. serviceman Michael Relfe, who spent 20 years as a member of the permanent security staff of a U.S. facility on Mars;

(2) Former Department of Defense (DoD) scientist Arthur Neumann, who has testified publicly that he teleported to a U.S. facility on Mars for DoD project meetings; and

(3) Laura Magdalene Eisenhower, great-granddaughter of U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower, who in 2007 refused a covert attempt to recruit her into what was described to her as a secret U.S. colony on Mars.

Mars researchers, including physicist David Wilcock, estimate that as a result of the “jump room” technology that Relfe, Basiago, Neumann, and Stillings have described, the U.S. colony on Mars that Eisenhower was invited to join might number 500,000 individuals.

Secret U.S. presence on Mars and Obama’s Mars connection airs on Coast to Coast AM on Thursday

Public revelation of Mr. Obama’s secret Mars connection will continue with a special broadcast on talk radio’s Coast to Coast AM this Thursday, November 10, 2011 from Midnight to 2 AM PST.

Mars visitors Andrew D. Basiago and William B. Stillings will be appearing with Mars whistle blower Laura M. Eisenhower in an historic broadcast.

This will be the first time that a mainstream media program will interview two Mars visitors on the same show and in a joint appearance with an individual invited to join the secret U.S. colony on the Red Planet.

The results of the Fukushima event, triggered by the HAARP and chemtrails (space-based and atmosphere-based) weapons system includes a projected 100,000 deaths in USA and Canada by the end of 2011, the radiation contamination of Japan, USA and Canada, and long-term radiation depopulation of the human race.

10th anniversary of HR2977 banning chemtrails in space

Ms. Moret’s interview comes on Oct. 2, 2011, the 10th anniversary of the introduction of HR 2977, the Space Preservation Act, in the U.S. House of Representatives by Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio).

In her ExopoliticsTV interview, Ms. Moret notes that HR 2977 banned the spraying of chemtrails in space, and the tandem use of HAARP, of which chemtrails are a weapons-system component, in space.

Ms. Moret notes that HR 2977 was drafted by this reporter Alfred Lambremont Webre and submitted to Rep. Dennis Kucinich for introduction as a bill into the U.S. Congress in the summer of 2001, well before the HAARP chemtrails (space-based and atmosphere-based) false flag attack on the World Trade Center towers of September 11, 2011).

In the HR2977 bill of October 2, 2001, the U.S. Congress banned the following space-based weapons:

“Exotic weapons systems such as--

“(i) electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons;

“(ii) chemtrails;

“(iii) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems;

“(iv) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons;

“(v) laser weapons systems;

“(vi) strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and

“(vii) chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons.”

In her Exopolitics TV interview, Ms. Moret notes that the Oct. 2, 2001 HR2977 bill was the first bill in the U.S. Congress to ban the use of space-based chemtrails as a component of space-based weapons system and was widely praised when first introduced.

In her interview, Ms. Moret also states that, as an Environmental Commissioner of Berkeley, CA, Rep. Dennis Kucinich spoke with her in private conversations in Berkeley, CA about his key U.S. House of Representatives committee positions in the U.S. Congress overseeing space and aeronautical issues that included congressional oversight over chemtrails in space.

Kucinich deletes ban on chemtrails in space

In her interview, Ms. Moret notes that, rather than supporting the ban on chemtrails in space as his committee position required, Rep. Kucinich mysteriously pulled the Oct. 2, 2001 HR2977 bill as an active bill, and gutted the bill so that it did not mention or ban chemtrails in space and in place of HR 2977, on January 23, 2002, Kucinich introduced HR3616 a bill that not mention or ban chemtrails in space and eliminated any mention of the actual space-based weapons that HR2977 contained.

At the time, one supporter of HR2977 stated, “Re-writing bills is a common enough practice as a bill goes through the legislative process. However, the differences between HR 2977 and HR 3616 are more than just a few tweaks here or there.

“By its conspicuous appearance in 2977, the term 'chemtrails' received a form of credibility within the official government process never seen before...producing the hope that one courageous Representative had finally had the fortitude to take the issue of chemtrails to a level of Congressional scrutiny long overdue.

“In Rep. Kucinich's revised new (some would say 'emasculated') Bill, HR 3616, there is no longer any mention whatever of:
* chemtrails,
* particle beams
* electromagnetic radiation
* plasmas
* extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation
* or mind-control technologies
“as weapons systems covered in the measure.”

Impact of Kucinich’s mysterious withdrawal of HR 2977 banning chemtrails in space

In her ExopoliticsTV interview, Ms. Moret details the impacts that Rep. Kucinich’s mysterious 2001 withdrawal of the HR 2977 ban on space-based chemtrails, and on space-based (satellite-based) particle beam weapons, electromagnetic radiation weapons, plasma weapons, ELF and ULF mind control weapons, and directed-energy frequency weapons such as HAARP. HAARP is defined as a space-based weapon of mass destruction as two of its key components are in space – space-based chemtrails and the heated ionospheric weapons system component.

HR2977 was introduced on October 2, 2001 just after the false flag operation of 9/11 to growing public support. At the time of its introduction by Rep. Kucinich over 280 peace-oriented NGOs supported HR2977 and were lobbying for its passage.

The false flag operation of September 11, 2011 had just occurred, and the HAARP and chemtrails (space-based and atmosphere-based) weapons system were key to the 9/11 molecular dissociation of the World Trade Center towers. With proper leadership, HR2977 could have been used as a tool to prosecute the 9/11 perpetrators, operators of the HAARP and chemtrails (space-based and atmosphere-based) weapons system.

Moreover, the passage of HR2977 or even the publicity concerning its banning of space-based weapons systems such as HAARP and space-based chemtrails could have legitimized the opposition to the catastrophic environmental warfare events following 9/11.

The carnage and damage of the Katrina Hurricane of 2005; the 2008 Myanmar cyclone (150,000) dead); the 2008 China earthquake (80,000 dead); the 2010 Haiti earthquake (200, 000 dead); and the March 11, 2011 Fukushima false flag tectonic and global radiation attack could have been avoided.

As noted, the results of the Fukushima event, triggered by the HAARP and chemtrails (space-based and atmosphere-based) weapons system includes a projected 100,000 deaths in USA and Canada by the end of 2011, the radiation contamination of Japan, USA and Canada, and long-term radiation depopulation of the human race.

Rep. Kucinich decimates HR2977: Cui bono?

In her ExopoliticsTV interview, Ms. Moret notes that Rep. Kucinich was fully aware of the effects of chemtrails and HAARP, as he was a ranking U.S. Representative on U.S. congressional committees regulating space-based weapons such as HAARP and space-based chemtrails.

Ms. Moret notes that Congressman Kucinich mysteriously withdrew the HR2977 ban on space-based chemtrails right after the 9/11 event, where space-based weapons such as HAARP and space-based chemtrails played a key role in the false flag operation.

Ms. Moret also notes that, with the withdrawal of HR2977 (despite growing support) controllers of the HAARP and chemtrails (space-based and atmosphere-based) weapons system were given carte blanche to carry out the environmental war attacks ranging from 2005 Hurricane Katrina to the 2011Fukushima false flag tectonic and radiation event, whose casualties so far have probably exceeded 500,000 dead worldwide and climbing.

In her ExopoliticsTV interview, independent scientist Leuren Moret reveals U.S. Navy documents showing that HAARP and space-based chemtrails experiments were utilized on the U.S. space shuttle starting in 1985. The U.S. space shuttle’s hidden agenda, she concludes, was chemtrails in space.

Ms. Moret states, “U.S. Navy documents reveal the following, ‘Dr. Bernhardt has conducted over eight experiments from 1985 to the present, using the Space Shuttle Orbital Maneuver Subsystem (OMS) engines, to modify the ionosphere with high-speed exhaust injections into the upper atmosphere. The results of these dedicated engine burns have been recorded using the VHF and UHF radars at Arecibo, Puerto Rico; Kwajalein, Marshall Islands; Millstone Hill, Massachusetts; and Jicamarca, Peru.’

Ms. Moret continues, “The U.S. Navy documents continue, ‘Dr. Bernhardt has pioneered the use of chemical releases to study the ionosphere. His ionospheric modification experiments have been monitored with Incoherent Scatter Radar (ISR) systems around the world and with in situ plasma probes provided by NRL's Plasma Physics Division. The 1992 NRL Ionospheric Focused Heating (IFH) experiment, combined chemical release and high-power radio wave technology to produce the highest level of plasma turbulence ever measured with the Arecibo ISR.’

Dr. Paul A Bernhard, HAARP, chemtrails and the U.S. space shuttle

Ms. Moret states, “The real purpose of the space shuttle has never really been apparent… until now. Even more puzzling is the recent abrupt shutdown of that very expensive program. But in reports like the US Navy documents about Dr. Paul A. Bernhard (above)... connections between the space shuttle and a global network of HAARP facilities are exposed.

Ms. Moret continues, “Dr. Paul A. Bernhard has been affiliated with the Univ. of California and Stanford Univ. for higher education, IEEE, AGU, and worked for the US Navy and Los Alamos nuclear weapons lab, and the HAARP facility at Gakona, Alaska – all intimately involved in co-development of HAARP secretly with the Soviet Union and post-Soviet Russia.”

Ms. Moret states, “Dr. Bernhardt used the high-power HF facility near Arecibo, Puerto Rico, and Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, from 1985 to 1999 to observe mid-latitude artificial plasmas that illuminated natural irregularities in the ionosphere.”

Japan: Major Player in Global HAARP Program

Ms. Moret states, “Seismologist and geologist Shimamura Hideki (former Director of the National Institute of Polar Research) is one of the leading directors of HAARP development by Japan. We call him ‘Daddy HAARP’.

Ms. Moret continues, “To show the impact of environmental warfare by tectonic attack, it is useful to note that in the space-based chemtrails and HAARP period (between 1995-2011, earthquakes increased by 1070% in Japan. This was due to space-based chemtrails and HAARP

Ms. Moret notes, “Japan had 14 large magnitude (6.0 and greater) between 1891 and 1968 (77 years). Between 1995-2011, there were 32 quakes (16 years and 32 quakes) a 1070% increase in seismicity. Indonesia has a similar large increase in quakes. Indonesia was targeted for HAARP mining projects by London financiers to sell minerals/metals to China on the rise.”

Ms. Moret states, “Early pioneers before 1900, such as Tesla, described HAARP applications today such as ‘molecular dissociation by using energetic waves’ for creating vortexes for weather modification, causing earthquakes using scalar waveforms, and many other basic discoveries that are only being developed now, in particular as HAARP applications.”

HAARP seismic warfare coverup

In her ExopoliticsTV interview, Ms. Moret discusses “Current status of seismo-magnetics for short-term earthquake prediction” by M. Hayakawa, and Y. Hobara (June 23, 2010) Geomatics, Natural Hazards and Risk.

She states, “This scientific paper describes “modern earthquakes” with a transmitted ULF frequency detected up to 12 days before the quakes, a quiet period about three days before the quake when the 2.5 Hz frequency is transmitted from a HAARP magnetometer, and the after-period with aftershocks. This new field has emerged in seismology that coincides with the exponential escalation of large magnitude earthquakes globally since about 1965. In fact the International Geophysical Year, which began in the 1950’s, was the signal for new research in geoscience that became the basic research necessary for HAARP applications. The American Geophysical Union was revamped and well funded in the early 50’s as well to provide the science forum for development of HAARP under the cover of ‘research’.”

Demeter satellite – 2004 launch

In her ExopoliticsTV interview, independent scientist Leuren Moret reveals the significance and function of the 2004 Demeter satellite by France as a component of HAARP and chemtrails (space-based and atmosphere-based) weapons system. She states, “Seismo-electromagnetics” (lithosphere-atmosphere-ionosphere coupling) is not only a new well-funded field, but France launched their own satellite in 2004, “Demeter”, dedicated to monitoring ULF signature earthquakes. Ms. Moret states, “The paper by M. Hayakawa, and Y. Hobara gives an inventory of “modern” earthquakes (post 1965) with the ULF anomaly (Earthquakes in Kobe, Spitak Armenia, Loma Prieta, CA (USA), and Izu/Kagoshima/Iwate, Japan) and other contemporaneous earthquakes without the ULF anomaly (Earthquakes in Northridge, CA (USA), and Okushiri and Erimo, Japan).”

Ms. Moret concludes, “One can only conclude from data presented in this paper that countries are triggering HAARP earthquakes causing enormous environmental disasters used against their own citizens.”

Ms. Moret notes the use of scientific propaganda to cover the true role of the HAARP and chemtrails (space-based and atmosphere-based) weapons system in creating the very Earthquakes it deplores. She notes the article states, “The pansy—a member of the violet family—was bred in Scandinavia in the 1800s through cross-fertilization between several species of violet with a view to creating large, vividly colored flowers… The name ‘pansy’ is said to be derived from the French word ‘pensée,’ which means 'thought'."

She states the article continues, “In the pursuit of science, man has long contemplated various phenomena. The Tohoku Earthquake of March 2011 appears to have significantly undermined confidence in some branches of science. The reality is, however, that Japan continues to lead the world in terms of scientific and technological capability.

“The PANSY project (Program of the Antarctic Syowa MST/IS Radar—hereafter "PANSY") has now commenced. This is a large-scale scientific project led by Japan to observe the Antarctic winds. Human beings will continue to contemplate and comprehend a new reality. Japan will continue to tread this path.”

More science fraud to protect Tepco (Fukushima)

Ms. Moret notes the article states, “The seismologist and geologist Shimamura Hideki (former Director of the National Institute of Polar Research) said, ‘This never-before-heard-of figure of magnitude 9 is was produced by JMA’s arbitrary altering of the magnitude scale.’”

Ms. Moret continues, “In fact a number of different scales have been used to calculate magnitude. In Japan in the past the “JMA magnitude (Mj)”scale has been used. If we enter data of the Great Tohoku Earthquake into the Mj formula (omitted here as it is complicated), its magnitude would be 8.3 or 8.4 at most according to Shimamura. He continues, ‘It is because JMA recalculated the data using the ‘moment magnitude (Mw)’ scale, which has been used only by scientists, that the magnitude could be raised to 9.0.’”

She states, “The true magnitude of the 8.3 or 8.4 March 11, 2011 Fukushima earthquake was deceptively raised to 9.0 so that TEPCO, the Japanese nuclear power company, could state that it was a 9.0 once in a 1000 years earthquake and thus escape liability for not having ‘predicted’ the earthquake that this criminal network had actually created.”

Ms. Moret concludes, “It is quite incredible to realize that the powers behind TEPCO to protect assets and profits, are able to coopt the entire seismological community globally into this deception that the Tohoku earthquake was a M 9.0 and not a M 8.4 as originally reported by US news sources. But Western science, and now we know Japanese as well, is willing to commit science fraud to protect corporations.”

Mr. KUCINICH introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committees on Armed Services, and International Relations, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

A BILL

To preserve the cooperative, peaceful uses of space for the benefit of all humankind by permanently prohibiting the basing of weapons in space by the United States, and to require the President to take action to adopt and implement a world treaty banning space-based weapons.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the `Space Preservation Act of 2001'.

SEC. 2. REAFFIRMATION OF POLICY ON THE PRESERVATION OF PEACE IN SPACE.

Congress reaffirms the policy expressed in section 102(a) of the National Aeronautics and Space Act of 1958 (42 U.S.C. 2451(a)), stating that it `is the policy of the United States that activities in space should be devoted to peaceful purposes for the benefit of all mankind.'.

SEC. 3. PERMANENT BAN ON BASING OF WEAPONS IN SPACE.

The President shall--

(1) implement a permanent ban on space-based weapons of the United States and remove from space any existing space-based weapons of the United States; and

(2) immediately order the permanent termination of research and development, testing, manufacturing, production, and deployment of all space-based weapons of the United States and their components.

SEC. 4. WORLD AGREEMENT BANNING SPACE-BASED WEAPONS.

The President shall direct the United States representatives to the United Nations and other international organizations to immediately work toward negotiating, adopting, and implementing a world agreement banning space-based weapons.

SEC. 5. REPORT.

The President shall submit to Congress not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and every 90 days thereafter, a report on--

(1) the implementation of the permanent ban on space-based weapons required by section 3; and

(2) progress toward negotiating, adopting, and implementing the agreement described in section 4.

SEC. 6. NON SPACE-BASED WEAPONS ACTIVITIES.

Nothing in this Act may be construed as prohibiting the use of funds for--

(1) space exploration;

(2) space research and development;

(3) testing, manufacturing, or production that is not related to space-based weapons or systems; or

(4) civil, commercial, or defense activities (including communications, navigation, surveillance, reconnaissance, early warning, or remote sensing) that are not related to space-based weapons or systems.

SEC. 7. DEFINITIONS.

In this Act:

(1) The term `space' means all space extending upward from an altitude greater than 60 kilometers above the surface of the earth and any celestial body in such space.

(2)(A) The terms `weapon' and `weapons system' mean a device capable of any of the following:

(i) Damaging or destroying an object (whether in outer space, in the atmosphere, or on earth) by--

(I) firing one or more projectiles to collide with that object;

(II) detonating one or more explosive devices in close proximity to that object;

(III) directing a source of energy (including molecular or atomic energy, subatomic particle beams, electromagnetic radiation, plasma, or
extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation) against that object; or

(IV) any other unacknowledged or as yet undeveloped means.

(ii) Inflicting death or injury on, or damaging or destroying, a person (or the biological life, bodily health, mental health, or physical and economic well-being of a person)--

(I) through the use of any of the means described in clause (i) or subparagraph (B);

(II) through the use of land-based, sea-based, or space-based systems using radiation, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populations for the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of such persons or populations; or

(III) by expelling chemical or biological agents in the vicinity of a person.

(B) Such terms include exotic weapons systems such as--

(i) electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons;

(ii) chemtrails;

(iii) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems;

(iv) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons;

(v) laser weapons systems;

(vi) strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and

(vii) chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons.

(C) The term `exotic weapons systems' includes weapons designed to damage space or natural ecosystems (such as the ionosphere and upper atmosphere) or climate, weather, and tectonic systems with the purpose of inducing damage or destruction upon a target population or region on earth or in space.

Will White House Come Clean on Extraterrestrial Visitation?

The White House has opened up a new section on their website called "We the People," which allows citizens to post a petition about a matter they want the White House to address. If the petition obtains a certain number of signatures within a given time period, the White House says they will review the issue and make an official response. One of the first petitions they will need to respond to will be one which requests the president to "formally acknowledge an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race."

Political activist Stephen Bassett of the Paradigm Research Group posted the petition on September 22, and five days later breached the 5000 signature mark. His petition reads:

We, the undersigned, strongly urge the President of the United States to formally acknowledge an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race and immediately release into the public domain all files from all agencies and military services relevant to this phenomenon.

I emailed Bassett asking if he believed Obama really knew anything about extraterrestrials visiting the earth, and he responded that "Whether or not he knows it to be true, he could easily find out." However, believe it or not, past presidents have tried to find out and run into a dead end.

Bill Clinton's efforts to look into the UFO subject are well documented. The best archive of this material is at Grant Cameron's PresidentialUFO.com. One of the more interesting stories was printed in a book by Clinton's friend Webster Hubbell. Hubbell was a friend of the Clintons from Arkansas, and was indicted for fraud in the Whitewater scandals. Before his indictment he was assigned to the Attorney General's office as the Associate Attorney General. Hubbell wrote in his book Friends in High Places:

Clinton had said, "If I put you over at Justice, I want you to find the answers to two questions for me. One, who killed JFK? And two, are there UFOs?" Clinton was dead serious. I had looked into both, but wasn't satisfied with the answers I was getting.

Cameron told me he had amassed enough evidence to show that Clinton was very interested in UFOs, but that not even the president has the power to demand that sort of information. Clinton himself hinted that this might be the case. In an interview in Hong Kong, Clinton was asked about his UFO interests. He admitted that he had looked into Area 51 and the alleged Roswell UFO crash of 1947, but didn't find anything. However, he added:

I did attempt to find out if there were any secret government documents that revealed things and if there were, they were concealed from me too. I wouldn't be the first president that underlings have lied to or that career bureaucrats have waited out. But there may be some career person somewhere hiding these dark secrets, even from elected Presidents. But if so, they successfully eluded me, and I am almost embarrassed to tell you that I did try to find out.

Carter might have also taken a shot at gaining access to the X-Files. According to Daniel Sheehan, while serving as the General Counsel to the United States Jesuit National Headquarters in Washington, DC in 1997, he was approached by the then-Director of the Library of Congress' Science and Technology Division, Marcia Smith, to help with a UFO research project. He says that during the course of his participation with Smith, she had told him that President-elect Jimmy Carter had requested that George Bush, Sr., who was Director of the CIA at the time, brief him on the UFO situation. Bush refused, telling Carter that he did not have the need to know. Smith, Bush, nor Carter have confirmed this claim.

So what will the White House response be? Will they tell us they asked Bush and/or the career bureaucrats again, but they still say "Nunya" (slang for none of your business)? Or will Obama tell us something similar to what he has said before, that we have enough problems right here on earth he needs to contend with? My guess is something more akin to the later.

Some feel that asking the president to admit that we are interacting with extraterrestrials is taking things a little too far. Retired Air Force captain Robert Salas has offered up a more subtle petition, asking the Obama administration to "reveal the reality of the UFO phenomenon to the public and disclose information held by government agencies." He is adamant about the reality of UFOs because he says that in 1967, while in an underground nuclear launch facility at Malmstrom Air Force base in 1967, UFOs approached the facility at the same time the missiles malfunctioned and went offline. He says the malfunction has yet to be explained.

On October 21, 2004, the NSA approved for release to the public a portion of their NSA Journal Vol. XIV No. 1. This is a report of a presentation given to the NSA by Dr. Howard Campaigne regarding the decoding of extraterrestrial messages that had been received “form outer space”. Apparently, these messages had actually been received via the Sputnik satellite, but no one had any idea how to decode them at the time.

At some time, unspecified in the document, Dr. Howard Campaigne and some other NSA super mathematicians in the crypto department had been given the task of decoding the messages. There were a total of 29 messages to be decoded—quite an undertaking.

It is curious, to say the least, that this document was cleared for release on October 21, 2004. Why was that? Because the NSA did not release it into public information until April 21, 2011. Though cleared for release, the NSA had been stonewalling it along with hundreds of other NSA documents about contact with UFOs and extraterrestrials until they lost the lawsuit brought by Peter Gersten, a lawyer from Arizona. When they well and truly lost, the judge’s order had to be carried out, and the documents had to be released.

The document, as I stated, is Dr. Campaigne’s presentation to the NSA on the decoding of those messages. It was actually published by the NSA in their own internal NSA Journal. Yet, they were also forced to publish a list of search terms from FOIA requests for which they had found no NSA documents. In that list is “Extraterrestrial Signals”. The title of this document, which they published themselves is “Key To Extraterrestrial Messages”.

Quite obviously, they conveniently split hairs here in reporting they had no information about “Extraterrestrial Signals”. They knew for sure they had this document, and that it was about what was being requested in the FOIA request. They knew it, flaunted the technicality of wording, and continued to stonewall.

Who is Dr. Howard Campaigne?

Dr. Campaigne is one of the top cryptologists on the planet with years and years of service to Naval Security Group, Army Security Agency, National Security Agency, and a couple of other such alphabet organizations.

Howard H. Campaigne started his crypto career for the government during World War II and has been a key and integral part of our U.S. security and intelligence ever since. In other words, he is part of a very small, very select group who are considered the cream of the crop in Cryptology.

Dr. Campaigne’s presentation to the NSA on decoding the extraterrestrial messages was not a hypothetical exercise. I contacted someone who is formerly associated with the NSA and still has TS clearance, and asked him to view the document. I asked him to give me his take on it. There was no question about its authenticity since it was published in the NSA Journal, and was released by the NSA on their web site. What I wanted to know was whether this document had any particular impact or importance (other than its startling revelations) for someone familiar with the inner workings of the NSA. It did.

My contact told me that he was blown away by the wording of the document. He said that NSA communications are filled with words like “possibly” , “allegedly”, and “thought to be”.

He said, “This document has none of the normal NSA disclaimer words in it. They just come out and say ‘we received messages from outer space’ and this is the way to decode those messages.”

I asked, “What does that mean to you?”

His reply was instant.

“Disclosure, pure and simple. They aren’t making any fanfare about it, but there it is. They have just made open disclosure.”

But what do the messages say?

Dr. Campaigne focused on a set of information in a couple of the messages that turn out to be some mathematical equations. They also contain the listing of all the elements in our Periodic Table. I suppose those equations may make some sense to a physicist or engineer, but do not mean anything to me. I clearly understand how Dr. Campaigne came to the translation since he explains it very well. But, as to what the meaning of the equations are, I could not venture a guess.

It is curious, though, that during his presentation Dr. Campaigne mentions there are “words” that they have translated, and some “words” they have not yet begun to understand. He gives an example of a connective word that he knows is connective (joining two or more statements) but does not yet understand the translation of that word.

Debunkers are scared as hell of the release of this information as it proves beyond any doubt that they are, and always have been, dead wrong. Their careers as debunkers are finished in light of the revelation of this material. They are already using the only possible “tool” left to them by saying, “That’s old information. It’s been out there for years.”

As usual, they are either just uninformed, or outright lying. It is true the document was cleared for release on October 21, 2004. It is true that date is from “years”. But it is also true that it WAS NOT released until April 21, 2011.

"No, Virginia, that information has not been available for years."

Researching this development for my show, I have found a great deal of other information that constitutes what most people would call open disclosure.

This is truly blockbuster information. No one from the government has stepped in front of the cameras and come clean about ET reality as yet. But, here we have the most secret intelligence organization in the U.S.A. , the National Security Agency, disclosing openly that there has been contact with intelligent extraterrestrials. Not only that, we have decoded their messages.

Since sometime in the 1970's, a small group of individuals with extremely high security clearances, who were working on various aspects of UFO research and policy, began to interact unofficially on a regular basis to pool information. Their objectives were to coordinate data, see the big picture, analyze the meaning of UFOs and extraterrestrial contact with Earth, use this knowledge to gain access to additional information on the hyper secret Majestic-12 (MJ-12, the government's ultimate UFO-information control and policy group) and gain special influence through their collective power. This elite group of roughly a dozen individuals working on national security assignments gave themselves code names, using mostly bird names. Collectively, they came to be called the "aviary."

A Recent Meeting of The Aviary© The relationship of Aviary members to MJ-12 group is murky. More than one UFO researcher estimates that some overlap in membership has occurred, in other words that MJ-12 has quietly infiltrated the Aviary to keep it under control. Dr. Steven Greer, Director of CSETI (704) 274-5671, has reported that the MJ-12 Group is now designated PI-40. This hyper classified group deals with the most sensitive compartmented information regarding extraterrestrials and is so covert a special-access program that, reportedly, the President and Congress exercise no control over it and know of it only through rumor. Dick D'Amato, National and International Security Specialist for Senator Robert Byrd and a member of the N.S.C., stated in 1991 that an incredibly powerful "black arm" of the government has been keeping UFO information secret and has also been illegally spending enormous sums of money in this operation. D'Amato said that the NSC is trying to identify this "blackarm." Ironically, the answer may be right under their noses. It is quite possible, that PI-40 exists within a highly, compartmented, special-access program, yet with informal informational links to the National Security Council's "5240" (Black Projects) Committee. While there may be some overlap between the Aviary and the PI-40 group, they remain two separate entities. PI-40 is clearly at the top; it is the policy and decision group which has orchestrated the UFO cover-up since 1947, simultaneously releasing little fragments of UFO/ET information to gradually condition the American public to the slowly-dawning realization of UFO reality. Leaked reports from sources close to some Aviary members, suggest that there is a split within the group (which may well mirror a split within PI-40). On one side are Aviary members who feel that information about UFO and ET contacts should be broadly disclosed. They feel that the public is ready for this information and generally can handle it. Others within the Aviary resist such disclosure. They do not want to lose the power their "information monopoly" gives them. They do not welcome close public scrutiny of their role in the UFO cover-up, either. Additionally, some have reportedly engaged in illegal and sometimes injurious projects and operations.

The split over disclosure is creating a climate in which leaks are increasing, as some try to force disclosure and establish a track record for themselves of (belated) candor with the American public. Most Aviary members appear to be well- intentioned scientists or former military or intelligence officers with careers spanning the Cold War, who no doubt sincerely believe that secrecy about UFOs was once vital. Following is a list of reported Aviary members:

BLUE JAY: Dr. Christopher "Kit" Green, MD, Ph.D; Chief, Biomedical Sciences Department, General Motors, former head of the CIA's UFO files at the "Weird Desk."

* PELICAN: Ron Pandolfi, CIA Deputy Director for the Division of Science and Technology and current custodian of UFO files at the "Weird Desk"; may be involved in the White House initiative to promptly release UFO informationto the public.

* SEA GULL: Bruce Maccabee, Ph.D., research scientist in optical physics and laser weapons applications at the U.S. Naval Surface Weapons Lab, Maryland; MUFON physics/photo-interpretive consultant and prolific author of andconsultant expert on selected "leaked" or disinformational UFO cases/topics.

* OWL: Hal Puthoff, physicist with the Institute for Advanced Research in Austin, Texas, who specializes in Zero-Point Energy, a quantum/resonance physics phenomenon with reported potential for above-unity ("free") energy.

* PENGUIN: John Alexander, Ph.D. in Death Sciences; Lt. Col. U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command, which is undoubtedly the military cover for the National Security Agency, Col. Alexander is director of the Non-Lethal Weapons Department, Los Alamos National Laboratory, and has been reportedly involved in counter-intelligence remote viewing, psychic warfare, psychotronic and mind-control projects with military/security applications.

* CHICKADEE: Cmdr. C.B. Scott Jones, Ph.D., USN (Ret.), former officer with the Office of Naval intelligence and other agencies; 30 years service in U.S. intelligence overseas; involved in government research and development projects for the Defense Nuclear Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, and other organizations; former aide to Sen. Clairborne Pell, who has had a long-standing interest in UFOs and the paranormal and has tried to arrange Congressional hearings on UFOs.

* PARROT(?): Jacques Vallee, Ph.D., formerly an astrophysicist with GEPAN, the French Government's UFO investigative agency, later moved to U.S. as principal investigator with Defense Department computer network projects; worked with famed astronomer Dr. J. Allen Hynek who left and denounced the military's Project Blue Book as a disinformational smokescreen; prolific author on UFO subject, lately turning to metaphysical explanations for the phenomenon. [Note: although this may be the consensus of our esteemed colleague, the erudite Dr. Richard J. Boylan, Ph.D., we at the Lodge retain the Utmost Respect for our Dear Brother Jacques and his Delightfully Iconoclastic and Wonderfully Heretical synthesis. -B:.B:.]

* CHICKEN LITTLE: Dan Smith, civilian UFO research/volunteer liaison among sources within the Central Intelligence Agency, the Congressional Intelligence Committees and civilian UFO researchers. Smith continually exchanges information and networks with key UFO researchers, serves as their interlocutor and shares their findings and his own with his sources at the CIA and on Capitol Hill. Undoubtedly, other "assets" and low- profile intermediaries of the Aviary operate for the UFO- interest community as its ears and surrogate mouthpieces among the general public.

* CONDOR: Capt. Bob Collins, USAF (Ret.); Special Agent, Air Force Office of Special Investigations, engaged in UFO-related intelligence operations, reportedly appeared clandestinely on the 1988 Kodak-produced network television disinformation program "UFO Cover-Up Live"

* BUZZARD(?): Gordon Novell, reportedly a free-lance man, and more recently reportedly involved in New (Zero Point) Energy schemes, and tied to Bob Bigelow, a shadowy Las Vegas casinos operator who reportedly is investigating alleged ET energy technology and titanium aluminide mettalurgy for their investment potential.

* FALCON; Sgt. Richard "Dick" Doty, USAF (Ret.); Special Agent, Air Force Office of Special Investigations; reported to have engaged in UFO disinformation projects, including reportedly hoaxing TV producer Linda Howe concerning availability of a tape showing a UFO landing at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M. and allegedly waging psychological warfare on Albuquerque defense electronic contractor Paul Bennewitz.

* HARRIER(?): Dale Graff, UFO-related technology specialist [alleged by Smith, Guiley, etc. to be a genuine DIA "Dark Side" bad-boy -B:.B:.] reported by Dan Smith (cf. infra) to be head of the "military" UFO Working Group at Los Alamos National Laboratory; rumored to be involved in psychotronic and ESP programs at Los Alamos; formerly was contracts overseer for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base; then was chief of the DIA's Defense Technology/Special Programs department, before reportedly being fired by the DIA. Currently Graff is reported to be in contact with the human designate who communicates with an extraterrestrial residing near Washington, DC in a subterranean facility.

* NIGHTINGALE(?): Jack Verona, shadowy liaison between Capitol Hill and Los Alamos National Laboratory, before having recently 'disappeared'; reportedly Dale Graff's supervisor: formerly involved in Project Sleeping Beauty, which researched ways to disable enemy "target" personnel using directed precise-frequency radiated electromagnetic-energy fields. (According to Dan Smith, NIGHTINGALE is not Jack Verona, but rather may be George Wingfield, a British UFO researcher, who has established a reputation as a careful reporter of crop circle formations, UFO information, and, most recently, the disappearance in 1993 of a U.S. carrier destroyer during NATO sea exercises, during which a number of member countries' ships patrolled to find reported huge carrier-sized Unidentified Submerged Objects (USOs), which raced underwater at astounding speeds. Arguing against Mr.Wingfield being NIGHTINGALE is the fact that after Wingfield disclosed the U.S. destroyer's disappearance at a Nevada UFO Congress in December, 1994, he was beat up outside the conference hall by two goons and told to shut up his mouth.)

* HAWK: Ernie Kellerstrauss, security cleared for UFO information; worked at Wright-Patterson AFB in the 1970s and reportedly lived with an extraterrestrial for a while -- reported to have worked with Dale Graff (*HARRIER*?) and Captain Bob Collins (CONDOR), Air Force Intelligence, to supply UFO information to USAF/AFOSI disinformation operative/"UFOlogist" William Moore.

* WOODPECKER(?): Jaime Shandera, a small-time Hollywood film producer, who reportedly is associated with William Moore. Shandera alleged that he had mysteriously received film containing the "MJ-12 documents" at his door one day from source(s) unknown. (Moore is considered by some to be the author of the MJ-12 disinformation papers.) Shandera was featured on the 1989 Kodak Television UFO documentary, 'UFO Cover-Up Live'. Shandera is reported to be, along with Scott Jones and Dan Smith, one of the theologically-oriented and pro-UFO-disclosure "Progressives" among the Aviary.

The above article appeared initially in the November/December issue of Perceptions (yet we Blue Brethren felt Compelled to keep it robust, sassy and generally up to date): While elsewhere our Dear Brother Boylan hath Brother Boylan, B:.B:. 7°=4° further stated: An often-reliable Washington, D.C.-area Caerulean Adeptus Exemptus source, whom I shall call Beltway Throat (BT) [and whom we shall call Dan Smith -B:.B:.], is in dialogue with a number of members of the Aviary, a shadowy group of defense industry scientists and active/former military and intelligence officers, who have complete access to closely-held UFO information, technology and hardware, which not even the President knows of. There is reportedly some overlap in membership between the historical, formerly- authorized UFO information control group "MJ-12" and the Aviary.

BT alleges that several members of the Aviary have access to the Yellow Book ["The book the Phone Company (i.e. AT&T/Sandia) doesn't want you to read." -B:.B:.] and the Red Book. The Yellow Book is reported to be a physical record of the communications from an extraterrestrial, who was recovered from a downed UFO and kept in custody by MJ-12, before he died several years later. This extraterrestrial was called EBE-1. A second extraterrestrial is reported to be currently in custody under MJ-12, and she is called EBE-2, but BT calls her Charlene. She is the actual author of the Yellow Book.

The Yellow Book is reported to actually be a sort of holographic compact disk, which can project images of the information it contains. It is alleged to contain references to Biblical events, even including a holographic depiction of the crucifixion of Christ. The red Book is a human compendium of information derived from the extraterrestrials. One of the predictions is that there will be a very large rift in human society as a result of ET contact becoming publicly known. This is supposed to happen in 1997. Another reported prediction is that the ETs will return in a formal preplanned landing on April 24, 1997 on public land in the Southwest USA, probably in the vicinity of White Sands "Missile" Range, New Mexico. The red and Yellow Books are also supposed to contain the prediction that there is one "Horseman of the Apocalypse" left to arrive. (The other three, War, Famine and Pestilence have inarguably already arrived on Earth.) The remaining Horseman is the White Rider wearing the Crown, which is interpreted to mean the Second Coming. This raises profound questions and concerns within the Aviary. Does this mean that a formal ET landing in 1997 signifies, or is, the Second Coming of the Christ? Will the ETs be bearing an ET with Christ Consciousness? Will fundamentalist Christians against the ETs as supposed threats to Christ's supremacy? Et cetera.

The Aviary are quite concerned that fundamentalist Christians will experience spiritual, if not ontological, shock at the revelation of ET visitation, and over the reported contents of the Red and Yellow Books, which contain information that suggests that Jesus had some connection with the extraterrestrials. Adding more fuel to Aviary concerns, BT reports that a European television station reported that vatican experts on the Fatima Prophecies held a reported briefing for government representatives from the UK, France, Germany and the U.S., concerning the third remaining publicly-unannounced Prophecy. This Prophecy is rumored to deal with ET Visitation. A spokesman for the Vatican reportedly confirmed that such a briefing took place. Some within the Aviary are concerned that the theological and religious social implications may be the most serious ones resulting from open extraterrestrial contact.

BT, a religious Christian, personally takes a Trinitarian perspective on these times. He sees history as the Father having manifested at the beginning of time; the Son (Jesus) having manifested two millenia ago; and now, at these End Times events, BT believes that the Holy Ghost will manifest, possibly through some human intermediary [the odd irony here is that "BT" considers himself both "The Eschaton" and "The Holy Ghost." Although we do not necessarily agree with these beliefs espoused by our Dear Quantum Physicist Brother, we certainly defend his right to believe whatever he wants. -B:.B:.]. I have cautioned BT that Revelations/Book of the Apocalypse warns of an Anti-Christ arising in the End Times, who will attempt to pass himself off as the returning Christ. BT seems less concerned about that than the problem of the holy Ghost being clearly discerned by Christians, as the paradigm-shift brought on by open ET contact occurs. More alleged leaks from Aviary source BT are likely to follow. [and in yet another Holy Electronic Discourse...] An informant I call Beltway Throat (BT), who lives in the shadow of the power center of the world (Washington, D.C., in case you thought it was Sedona), reports on his recent interview with Chickadee of the Aviary, (the retired Naval intelligence Commander C.B. Scott Jones, Ph.D.) Dr. Jones has reportedly provided BT with additional details concerning events which the Aviary believe are upcoming.

It is reported that the predicted extraterrestrial landing on Thursday, April 24, 1997 is a precursor to a 1998 series of cataclysms. Furthermore, the 1997 Landing is the last chance for The Powers That Be (human governments) to allow their populations to know about extraterrestrial visitation; otherwise, the ETs will not be able to assist humankind in mitigating and surviving the 1998 cataclysm series. BT says that the U.S. Power Structure is aware of the warnings about the 1998 cataclysm series. Massive human and planetary destruction is the default course of events; unless we (our governments) invite the ETs to appear openly on Earth, the ETs will not be able to prevent/mitigate the 1998 cataclysm series. The ETs want to be invited in a peaceful way. They are not going to impose themselves on us forcibly.

BT did not go into detail about the nature of the 1998 cataclysm series, except to say that it is composed of events partially of technological origin [Indeed, how do you spell HAARP...? -B:.B:.] and partially of natural causes. When I suggested that the 1998 cataclysm series could include massive seismic events, increased volcanism, global-warming weather extremes and enlarging ozone-hole radiation effects, BT did not dispute that view.

Dr. Jones's opinion is reportedly that the resistance to admitting extraterrestrial visitation is significant in the Developed Countries, but that many in the Aviary worry about tyrants in the third World countries, who would violently resist the threat to the status quo (theirs) presented by open acknowledgment of extraterrestrial presence.

Commander Jones reportedly offered two scenarios of how the aviary would deal with the reported extraterrestrial landing on April 24, 1997: Scenario One would have a coalition of Insiders (the MJ-12 leadership, the Aviary, and Las Vegas billionaire Robert Bigelow's NIDS Institute) constitute an elite contact group, who would be self-appointed as earth's representatives, and negotiate with the extraterrestrials during the Landing. I strongly protested that such an elitist approach as Scenario One would be repudiated by both humans and the Extraterrestrials. Scenario Two, according to BT, would be that a "Blue Ribbon Panel" be set up as the Contact Team to negotiate between ETs and humans. I emphasized that such a Blue Ribbon Panel would need to be broadly representative of the peoples of the earth, and should be democratically selected with worldwide membership, such as the United Nations could do. BT sounded diffident that the U.N. would undertake such an effort. BT said that Dr. Jones passed on the rumor that Christ was an ET, and that the returning ETs might present the Christ Consciousness figure to the Christian world. Christians in turn might become so taken with the Returning Christ event, that they ignore taking direction from their governmental leaders, thus leading to social chaos. [We at the Lodge often wonder how such allegedly bright individuals can be so profoundly stupid. -B:.B:.] I pointed out to BT that the original Christ avoided getting involved in the secular government of his day, and advised people to "render unto Caesar what is Caesar's, and to God what is God's"; i.e., acknowledged that government had its place.

BT said that there is a rumor that Bob Bigelow's NIDS Institute has a UFO artifact, and will be bringing that into public view as an attention-getting device, to make the public aware and focus in on the UFO/ET phenomenon. There is the possibility, in my opinion, that such waving around of a piece of a UFO could manipulate people into giving the MJ-12/Aviary/Bigelow NIDS Institute undue power to negotiate with the extraterrestrials on behalf of the rest of us.
